About the Role

The Assistant Branch Manager is a key position within our team, responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations and providing guidance and feedback to empower our team to deliver exceptional customer service.

This role involves overseeing daily tasks, assuming leadership in the Branch Manager's absence, and independently ensuring top-notch service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily tasks and assume leadership in the Branch Manager's absence.
  • Orchestrate front desk operations and branch administration with precision.
  • Champion equipment maintenance and workshop standards to guarantee peak performance for our valued customers.
  • Ensure seamless opening and closing of the branch as needed.
  • Embracing continuous growth through training and development, enriching your skills and prowess.
  • Masterminding rostering and staff supervision for optimum efficiency.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of solid retail operational management experience, showcasing an impressive track record in adept people management, effective coaching, and performance enhancement.

Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills that tackle even the most intricate challenges, and exemplify exemplary communication skills that underscore your prowess.
