Job Summary :

The Healthcare Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of business goals. With strong leadership skills, you will foster a positive work environment, drive operational efficiency, and promote excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Excellence : Ensure compliance with industry regulations, manage appointment scheduling, and optimize time allocation for maximum patient satisfaction.
  • Financial Acumen : Manage practice finances, including budgeting, financial analysis, and expense management. Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring alignment with business targets.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Customer Service : Deliver exceptional patient experiences, handling complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Marketing and Growth : Develop and implement local area marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract new clients. Identify opportunities for business growth and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
