**Job Title:** Clinical Nurse

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of best practices in clinical nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical nursing care to patients with complex health needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Nursing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical nursing, preferably in an addiction services setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
