Exciting Opportunities for Graduate Registered Nurses
">We are seeking talented individuals to join our esteemed team as Graduate Registered Nurses. Our organisation offers a supportive environment with dedicated and experienced clinical teams on-site, a graduate nurse program coordinator to guide and support you, and a structured 12-month graduate nurse program.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the health and well-being of residents, providing dignity, safety, and independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their representatives about care plans.
- Engage with Aged Care Quality Standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Understanding of professional, ethical and legal requirements for Registered Nurses.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of assessments and developing care plans.
- Ability to communicate complex care plan needs to residents and representatives.
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Computer and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
