Job Title: Visual Merchandise Coordinator

This role is responsible for driving visual merchandising excellence across our retail network. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

The Visual Merchandise Coordinator will be an integral part of our team, responsible for implementing visual merchandising directives and initiatives. Key responsibilities include communicating with concession stores, providing feedback through photo share and store visits, conducting VM floor sets and store merchandising, supporting new store openings, and conducting regular VM training and store visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate visual merchandising directives and initiatives to concession stores
  • Provide support and feedback through photo share and store visits
  • Conduct visual merchandise floor sets and store merchandising
  • Support new store openings and conduct regular visual merchandise training and store visits
  • Create guidelines for safe visual merchandise practices
  • Assist the visual merchandise team with special projects and in-store set-ups

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in visual merchandising within retail
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Dynamic approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate
