Job Title: Team Leader/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the store manager with leading the team and driving sales growth
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Processing payments through our online POS system and ensuring accurate transactions
  • Managing deliveries and merchandising to drive sales and meet business objectives

Essential Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
