Display Manufacturer/Installer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the manufacturing and installation of displays. As a key member, you will play a vital role in this process.

The successful applicant will have a good understanding across various trades including carpentry, cabinet work, minor steel fabrication, paint finishes, and low-voltage lighting components. This role includes ongoing warehouse duties as well as preparation of upcoming works.

This position involves on-site installations and removals, and occasional interstate project work may be required. The role encompasses:

  • Full-time position with some flexibility in hours
  • Above award conditions
  • Workshop and on-site balance
  • Diversity in projects
  • Preparation, installation, and removal of activations/attractions and displays
  • Manufacturing, preparation, and maintenance of products within the workshop and on-site
Key Requirements

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Competency with power tools, manufacturing, and installation
  • Carpentry/Cabinetry background preferred but not essential
  • Experience in the events/display industry preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work varying shifts across weekdays and weekends as required
  • Ability to work overtime throughout key calendar periods within the industry
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Construction industry white card
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence (essential)
  • COVID Vaccination Certificate (mandatory)
  • National Police Clearance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including D&A) - A degree of physical fitness, lifting, and coordination is required
  • Safety conscious, always following HSEQ Policies and Procedures
Desirable Qualifications

While not essential, having the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • EWP ticket
  • Working at Heights certificate
  • Forklift ticket
  • Truck license
