  • Product Planning Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support short-, mid- and long-term future product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Product Launch Planning: Contribute to product launch readiness activities. Work closely with Sales, PR & Marketing, and Training teams to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Track and analyze product performance across different stages of the life cycle. Recommend improvements or end-of-life strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Monitor automotive industry trends, market share, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and positioning. Provide actionable insights to enhance product offerings, campaigns, and incentives.
  • Product Planning & Market Intelligence Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise monthly reports on product performance, market trends, and competitor intelligence to key stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong analytical mindset and excellent research skills.
  • Natural curiosity, collaboration, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively across teams and present complex data to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to simplify complex information.

You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product planning, market research, or a related strategic role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
