Job Title: Allied Health Lead

Department of Health's Allied Health Lead role provides clinical oversight and coordination of Allied Health services across general medicine inpatient wards at the Royal Hobart Hospital.

The role includes providing a point of contact and communication for Allied Health staff and engaging with nursing and medical leadership for those wards in an Allied Health leadership capacity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical oversight and coordination of Allied Health services
  • Ensuring effective communication between Allied Health staff, nursing, and medical leadership
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve Allied Health service delivery

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working in an Allied Health setting.
