About the Role

As a Business Services Supervisor/Assistant Manager, you will work closely with one of the Partners and be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and managing a team of junior accountants
  • Providing close assistance to senior staff and partners
  • Managing your own client base and serving as the main point of contact
  • Offering tax advice to clients

This is an autonomous role that presents a genuine opportunity for the right individual to make a meaningful impact within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to review the work of junior employees, manage a portfolio from start to finish, and ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. To excel in this position, you should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of tax and accounting principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Services
  • Experience reviewing the work of junior staff members
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Confidence in client-facing positions offering advice
  • A strong foundation in tax and accounting fundamentals
