As a Care Aide with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. You will work independently in the community, travelling from home to home, and following a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting etc.
  • Assist with medication, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks, and social support in the community.
  • Follow a predetermined schedule and travel from home to home using your own vehicle.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability (desired).
  • A minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience or 6+ months without a relevant Certificate.
  • Valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow a digital schedule and care plan.

Employee Benefits

Salary: $69,444.80 per annum (based on 38 hours/week)
