**Job Summary**


The Food and Beverage Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This involves leading a team of staff to provide efficient and friendly service, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.



**Key Responsibilities:**




  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety;
  • Inspect staff grooming and attire to ensure they meet the required standards;
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors;
  • Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness, and complete scheduled inventories;
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being;
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and assist management with hiring, training, and scheduling staff;
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols;
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information;
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and address their service needs;
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and develop positive working relationships with colleagues;
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.


**Requirements:**




  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in a supervisory role;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations;
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and maintenance procedures.
