Lead Enterprise Quality Assurance

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance practices and drive process improvements across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-create and execute the strategy and direction of enterprise quality assurance, including executing quality assurance reviews.
- Design and implement the Enterprise Quality Assurance Approach, processes, systems, and tools.
- Provide reports to identify opportunities for process, policy, and people improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage and resolve actions from reviews by Internal Audit, 2LOD, and Risk Partners.
- Build strong relationships with the three lines of defence.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with exposure to multiple QA models, processes, and tools.
- At least 3 years of managing a team to deliver outcomes and foster the right organizational culture.
- Experience in a project environment with multiple concurrent deliverables and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
- A degree in Business or a related field.
- Working knowledge of relevant finance industry standards, acts, and legislation.
