Our Clinic is Seeking a Psychology Receptionist

This pivotal role plays a critical part in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming and smoothly running environment that sets the tone for their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome and ensure all clients feel supported from the moment they enter the clinic.
  • Effectively manage appointment schedules for multiple practitioners, including booking, rescheduling and cancellations.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Process payments and address billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Contribute to general administrative tasks that support the clinic's operations and success.
