Operations Business Partner

As a key member of the team, you will support the State Operations Manager in ensuring branches have the necessary resources and guidance to achieve objectives while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.
The primary focus of this role is to provide operational support, including:
- Monthly reporting of activities and projects.
- Effective planning for growth within the branches.
- Management of general operations of all branch staff in collaboration with Branch Managers.
- Development of operational budgets by branch and working with management to meet financial targets.
- Identifying staff strengths, weaknesses, and development needs across all branches.
- Ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maximizing logistics and yard operations efficiency.
- Maintaining delivery costs within budgets and collaborating with branch management.
- Recruitment of driver contractors where viable.
This role requires strong leadership and mentoring skills, as well as exceptional communication skills. Tertiary qualifications in Management are essential, and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
