About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join Woodforde Group, a highly successful consultancy based on the Northern Gold Coast, as a Senior Project Coordinator. With multiple projects nationally and a phase of growth underway, we are looking for an expert support professional to add value to our team.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will be providing administrative support to our Senior Business Manager and assisting with project administration in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:

  • Managing project documents, including proposal numbers, job setup, and variation requests;
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and car hire for project staff;
  • Scheduling client meetings, taking minutes, and providing general administration support;
  • Processing expenses and invoices, as well as supporting end-of-month cost allocations;
  • Assisting field staff with queries across various projects;
  • Onboarding new staff and ensuring inductions are completed; and
  • Generating purchase orders and allocating them accurately to relevant projects.
About You

We are seeking a proactive individual with exceptional organisation skills who can thrive in this challenging role. You should be able to think on your feet, prioritise effectively, and have outstanding communication skills. Experience with MS Suite and CloudBlue PSA (previously Harmony PSA) project management tool would be advantageous. As a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, you will have the chance to grow with our company and take on new challenges.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth. If you are a motivated and organised individual looking for a new challenge, please apply today
