We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic API monetisation initiative within a major telecommunications organisation. This project aims to transform internal API capabilities into commercial offerings, enabling new revenue streams and digital partnerships.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation project, working with cross-functional teams to shape the future of Telco services in a platform-driven economy.

  • Previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst is required.
  • A strong understanding of API ecosystems, digital platforms, or telecommunications environments is necessary.
  • The ability to gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements is essential.
  • Experience with API lifecycle management, developer portals, or API monetisation strategies is beneficial.
