Our Digital Transformation Experts

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As an expert in digital transformation, you will be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles and driving growth in the insurance industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate a geographic territory focused on general and health insurance.
  • Leverage internal resources within the larger sales organization and work cross-functionally with the Customer Success (Professional Services) team and externally across customer and partner ecosystems.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to senior LOB & IT audiences, highlighting your ability to perform client discovery, communicate ROI, and build business value.
  • Align customer goals and KPIs to the Appian value proposition, helping our customers to accelerate their objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues, leveraging multiple stakeholders throughout complex deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to help position against competitors.
  • Operate with urgency, diligence, and determination within a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Lead your pod and craft, refine, and execute on your territory and account strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10-15+ years of direct selling experience and a minimum of 5 years insurance experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, selling complex technologies at the enterprise level to customers in the insurance industry.
  • A history of consistent quota achievement.
  • Examples of landing new customer logos.
  • A strong industry network within customer and partner base.
  • A strong job tenure, displaying loyalty and perseverance through long, stable job tenure and positive career trajectory.
