
Retail Operations Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on and customer-centric Retail Operations Director to drive the team in our concession store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end store operations, including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales targets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Loyalty: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets through effective merchandise planning, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays, window presentations, and visual merchandising concepts that drive sales and engage customers.
- Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure accurate stock counting.
- Recruitment: Source, select, and onboard new team members to meet business needs.
- Scheduling: Plan and manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts.
- Reporting: Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a retail manager in fashion retail.
- Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base.
- Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers.
- An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to motivate others.
- A huge passion for fashion.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including previous experience managing a high-performing team.
