Fence Installation Specialist

Are you a skilled tradesperson with experience in fencing and construction? Do you have strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently?

We are seeking an experienced Fence Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fencing systems, leading and supervising small teams on-site, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • Installing various types of fencing including Colorbond, pool, security, chainwire, timber, and more
  • Reading and interpreting site plans and job requirements
  • Leading and supervising small teams on-site
  • Operating power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety regulations
  • Liaising with clients and site supervisors professionally
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient worksite

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fencing or construction (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • White Card (Construction Induction) - essential
  • Current driver's licence (manual licence preferred)
  • Ability to tow trailers and operate small machinery (auger, post hole digger, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
