**Job Description**

We are looking for an accomplished HR Director to join our Senior Leadership Team. The ideal person will have proven HR leadership experience, a deep understanding of HR functions, have a strategic mind-set, strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be suitable for this role, you must be a highly driven leader with a proven track record of working at leadership level. You will be involved in making key decisions in line with the charity's strategic plan and will need to have excellent planning and organisational abilities to ensure we execute our strategic aims in a timely manner.

**Benefits**

This post is 22.5 hours flexible over 3 days which is part-time against full-time hours of 37 per week. The salary is £53,615 to £59,829 pro-rated for 22.5 hours per week.

You will provide strategically minded and delivery-focused expertise to the Leadership Team. This is to enable a safe, inclusive and highly engaged workplace in order to achieve our strategic objectives of growth, sustainability, reach and impact.
