">This role is for a Demi Chef de Partie at our esteemed establishment. We are seeking an experienced chef to join our culinary team, responsible for catering to all meal periods and outlets.
">Key Responsibilities:">
- Preparing mis-en-place for all relevant menus
- Working with a positive attitude in timely and efficient manner
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Keeping all working areas clean and tidy to ensure no cross-contamination
- Ensuring food items are of good quality and stored correctly
- Embracing a commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
Requirements:
">- Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- 1.5-2 years of experience as a chef, with basic knowledge of pastry
- Positive attitude and effective communication with the team
- Confident and efficient knife skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
