Role Overview

The role of a Retail Educator involves delivering high-quality vocational education and training in retail, conducting competency-based assessments, and contributing to the holistic development of students within a correctional environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • TAE40110 or TAE40116 (including TAEASS501 and TAELLN411) or higher VET teaching qualification, or currently enrolled with the view of completing this within two years
  • Vocational qualifications and competencies
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
