Exceptional Culinary Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the culinary department, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our guests.

  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.
Food Safety and Quality:
  1. Ensure food is stored correctly with good stock rotation, maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, and monitor stock levels to assist with ordering supplies and minimize waste.
  2. Implement effective quality control measures to guarantee exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  1. Manage and train junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge to enhance team performance and collaboration with executive chefs for smooth kitchen operations.
  2. Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Adaptability and Time Management:
  1. Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to meet changing demands and deadlines.
  2. Work quickly under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
About You
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role as a professional chef.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality food unsupervised, with knowledge of all sections.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, including food handling safety and hygiene guidelines.
