Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Product Support Training Specialist in our organization.

This position will play a pivotal role in our transition to 3DX, requiring a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of instructor-led training sessions across multiple sites
  • Performance of train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks for BDA programs
  • Analysis of lesson framework needs and design of in-person and online training solutions, including the creation of short how-to videos
  • Conduct continuous improvement tasks on 3DX courseware, pilot new courses with innovative processes
  • Collaboration with business partners to support testing and development of new processes and technologies
  • Assistance with testing and validation of 3DX changes to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements
  • Technical support to users on 3DX and processes
  • Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PLM and training delivery
Requirements:
  • Experience using PLM tools (3DX, eMatrix, Enovia, Teamcenter) or equivalent
  • Qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development, or configuration management
  • Qualification or experience in the delivery and/or development of technical training
  • A confident public speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
