We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy motel in Goulburn, NSW.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Motel Manager. As a key member of our management couple, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house reception, managing reservations, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and supervising staff.

  • Front-of-house reception and customer service
  • Reservations and room allocation
  • Payment processing and financial management
  • Staff supervision and performance management

You will also be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas, including cleaning and maintenance, as well as stock control and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reception and Front-of-House Management: Provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  2. Maintenance and Cleaning: Ensure the outdoor areas are clean and well-maintained.
  3. Stock Control: Manage inventory levels and perform regular stocktakes.
  4. Staff Supervision: Direct and supervise staff members as required.
