Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our team in our West Perth premises.

What We Need From You

  • Answering inbound calls and helping clients with bookings and enquiries
  • Making outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Scheduling across multiple veterinary hospitals
  • Handling complaints with care and problem-solving skills
  • Supporting with data entry and general admin tasks
