Grain Storage Site Supervisor Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable family-owned agribusiness in South Australia. As the Grain Storage Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 75,000-tonne storage site, ensuring all receivals, storage, and out-turn activities are completed safely and efficiently.

The role involves leading the site team, carrying out routine maintenance, monitoring site safety, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance and storage protocols. A successful candidate should have experience in grain storage, handling, or grain production, as well as practical mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
  • Lead the site team, promoting a positive work environment and high-performance culture.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
