We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care. As a member of this team, you will provide personalized treatments and contribute to the development of evidence-based mobility and functional programs.
Our goal is to support the residents' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity, arthritic joint management, and pain management. We strive to deliver exceptional care and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, current AHPRA registration, Australian working rights, and a willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support the residents' needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our clients and facilities.
