Senior Technical Data Specialist

This is a senior-level data-focused position that plays a crucial role in driving business outcomes by leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Analysis of complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business growth.
  • Design and implement robust data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications, including data model analysis, table-level mapping, and logic decoding.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to validate requirements and align on project objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a data-focused role, with senior-level experience as a Technical BA or Data Analyst.
  • Expertise in SQL for advanced data analysis and querying.
  • Proven experience in delivering data-driven projects, including data ingestion into warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, applied to complex programs of work.
