- Drafting and preparing correspondence, documents, and amendments.
- Proactive management of diaries and emails.
- Coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders as directed, maintaining client databases and key contact information.
- Assisting with tender and pitch coordination as required.
- Responding to calls and monitoring emails.
- File management, including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing.
- Coordinating end-of-month billing.
- Client and group reporting.
- Reconciliation of corporate expenses using Concur.
- General administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Intellectual Property experience is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with team members and clients.
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications.
- An understanding of billing and financial processes and systems (Elite desirable).
- A proactive approach and demonstrated initiative.
