Join our dynamic kitchen team as a skilled chef assistant. The ideal candidate will support senior chefs in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation by washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Follow recipe and preparation standards to guarantee exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Ensure all food storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Help prepare simple yet delicious food items, such as salads, appetizers, and side dishes.
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of dishes.
  • Monitor and maintain proper temperatures of food to guarantee freshness and safety.
  • Assist in cleaning and closing procedures at the end of each shift.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of essential food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
