About the Role:

This permanent part-time sales team member position involves driving store success through exceptional customer service and a passion for selling. You'll be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates are flexible, team-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and have a passion for interacting with people. They should be comfortable working in a supervisory role, overseeing store procedures, managing teams, and providing excellent customer service.

The role offers a fixed roster with rotating shifts, providing stability while allowing you to balance your personal and professional life. As a sales team member, your responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales by achieving daily and team targets through effective customer interactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintaining and replenishing stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
  • Supporting visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
