We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious individual to operate our fleet of vehicles, delivering customer orders to their doorstep. As a Customer Service Delivery Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and build a rewarding career.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for navigating through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas while ensuring the safe transportation of customer orders. Additionally, you will assist with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with enthusiasm and energy
- Hold an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and maintain a clean driving record
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Be physically active, lifting and carrying groceries from the vehicle to delivery points
- Work across various store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and order status
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop a strong understanding of company policies and procedures
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment
