Job Title:

Asset Scheduler

About the Role:

The Asset Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing the inspection of assets, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

This role involves developing and implementing work schedules, monitoring progress, and providing support to inspectors and team leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage work schedules to ensure efficient delivery of inspection cycles.
  • Monitor progress of programs of work and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant work instructions are issued to the field workforce.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to arrange access for inspectors.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in coordination of work program packages for field execution.
  • Good understanding of asset inspection principles.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel.
  • Understanding and ability to use SAP and Click.
  • Diploma of ESI - Power Systems is advantageous.
