We are seeking motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their homes, assist with community access, and provide mental health supports.

The role involves working flexible hours, including shift work and sleep overs. You will be required to possess current First Aid and CPR Certification, a Blue Card, and a valid driver's license.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Aged Care or Disability Mental Health experience
  • A relevant qualification (Disability or Aged Care)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Blue Card, Worker Screening
  • Current driver's license
