Job Title: Full Stack Microsoft EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Microsoft Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering powerful solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

You will transform business workflows with intelligent apps, seamless integrations, and scalable cloud services. You will craft custom CRM experiences, build modern APIs, and automate processes with Agentic AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event-driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure-native services like API Management, Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • Lead integration strategy and cloud migration, modernising legacy systems and promoting reusable, well-documented APIs across domains.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to align API solutions with business needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor engineers and champion best practices, contributing to risk assessments, incident response planning, and fostering a high-performance, adaptable team culture.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining expertise in API technologies, pursuing certifications, and identifying opportunities for productivity and process enhancements.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have over 8 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise-grade API development.

You should have strong programming and cloud development background, with expertise in languages & tools, platforms & IDEs, Azure services, business intelligence, and methodologies.

A degree in Computer Science or related field is also required, along with key Microsoft certifications.
