Compliance Manager Role

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee daily surveillance analysis, conduct deep dive investigations and regular reviews of non-exchange based on OTC activities and act as an escalation point for junior members of the team.
  • The successful candidate will ensure investigations are adequately documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner and work with local Compliance staff to determine an appropriate and coordinated level of surveillance.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Oversee daily surveillance analysis, conduct deep dive investigations and regular reviews of non-exchange based on OTC activities.
  • Act as an escalation point for junior members of the team.
  • Ensure investigations are adequately documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Work with local Compliance staff to determine an appropriate and coordinated level of surveillance.
">Requirements:">
  • 3+ years experience in commodity and energy OTC markers, with knowledge of the operation and potential for manipulation across business processed, flows, booking methodologies and client interactions.
  • Familiarity with trading systems, their data structures and interfaces.
  • Strong data manipulation, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
