About the Role

As a key player in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, you will oversee engineering activities, manage project timelines, and provide technical support to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing the engineering and design elements of civil infrastructure components within the B2A T2 project, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
  • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of civil structures and systems into the overall project plan.
  • You will manage the construction of civil infrastructure, supervising contractors and ensuring timely completion, adherence to industry best practices, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Initiate innovative approaches to address civil engineering challenges and improve efficiency of construction operations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, clients, and community representatives, to align with project objectives and expectations.
  • Promote sustainable engineering practices to reduce environmental impact, in line with our commitment to environmental responsibility.
  • Develop and foster enhancement of processes and methodologies to establish new industry benchmarks in civil infrastructure development.

To be successful in this key role, you must have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by significant experience in civil infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated history of leading civil construction and engineering teams in large-scale, multifaceted projects.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and compliance obligations.
  • Outstanding project management and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams and managing resources efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
  • Visionary mindset, dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and ongoing enhancement of engineering practices.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving project requirements and overcoming obstacles.
