Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist

This strategic role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth, revenue expansion, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regional markets, customer needs, and sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement account-based marketing plans, leveraging market research and customer insights to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and execute cross-functional marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, OOH, video, collateral, website content, email nurture campaigns, PR, articles, blogs, podcasts, and other customer-facing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create awareness and demand generation programs that meet sales objectives and account targets.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for process improvements, and make strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS)
- A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in a related field, preferably in marketing with a focus on direct, indirect, digital, field, event, and account-based marketing programs.
- Management experience and OEM/Channel experience are preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
