Job Title: Operational Readiness Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a role that leverages your asset management expertise? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Readiness Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Operational Readiness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our assets. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Building asset hierarchies and conducting criticality assessments to optimize our operations.
  • Reviewing Safe Work Procedures and Plant Area processing manuals to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Creating monthly site project update slide packs and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Identifying, verifying, procuring, and delivering maintenance tooling and equipment for new plants.
  • Developing, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance training for new plant teams.
  • Developing and rolling out site onboarding materials to ensure seamless integration of new employees.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with extensive experience in asset management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Management best practices and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solutions-focused analytical skills to identify improvement areas and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Knowledge of Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
