Role Overview

As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in providing personalized care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering compassionate support tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Collaborating with our Care Designers to implement care plans effectively.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients while using equipment properly.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of care provided.

Key Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to clients' homes.

Essential Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Support, or Disability Services, or relevant experience.
  • Willingness to complete mandatory training and certifications.
  • NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
