We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day administration of our supply chain risk and assurance program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement processes, systems, and training programs across the organization
  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders and manage operational issues through to resolution
  • Deliver insightful data analytics and reporting

With a strong background in procurement, supply chain or a related commercial role, you will have 5-10 years' experience in a large, complex organization. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in technology, finance, sustainability, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Advanced capability in analysing data, interpreting trends, and presenting findings and recommendations in a professional, compelling manner
  • Strong IT literacy with the ability to engage confidently with systems and technical specialists
  • Commitment to responsible procurement practices, with an interest in sustainability and ethical sourcing in the supply chain
