About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead our Transmission and Distribution team in QLD. As a key member of our Energy business, you will be responsible for winning and delivering complex transmission and distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and developing proposals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver multidisciplinary projects, leveraging your expertise in HV primary systems design and multidisciplinary design requirements.
  • Develop and implement commercial and contractual strategies to mitigate risk and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 15+ years of industry experience, with a strong background in transmission and distribution engineering.
  • Commercial and contractual acumen, with the ability to understand and mitigate risk.
  • Confident communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team builder with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
