Chris Waller Racing is currently seeking highly experienced and capable staff to join their stable. The available positions are full-time, part-time and casual. They can be found in various locations including NSW (Rosehill, Warwick Farm) and Victoria (Flemington, Macedon), as well as QLD.

The main responsibilities of this job include riding 8-10 horses per morning with a focus on pace work and jump outs. Additionally, ground staff will need to care for a small team of horses under the direction of the head foreperson.

Onsite training is available for less experienced applicants who wish to improve their skills.

The salary for this position will be above the award rate. Furthermore, staff members will also have the opportunity to earn additional funds by strapping horses on race day or at trials, working extra afternoons, or taking on overtime when requested. Strapping rates are higher than the award rate and represent a good source of income for those interested.
