Job Title: Tailored Learning Leader

Job Summary: The Tailored Learning Leader will lead the development and implementation of tailored learning programs for students. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education.

This challenging yet rewarding position involves working with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to identify student needs and develop targeted learning strategies. The successful applicant will also be responsible for monitoring student progress and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored learning programs that cater to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs.
  • Provide professional learning opportunities for teachers and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in education, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
