Electrical Technician Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to provide high-quality maintenance and electrical services on a wide variety of heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems on heavy equipment, including generators, motors, and control systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian recognised electrical trade qualification.
  • Previous experience in mechanical maintenance in an underground environment and knowledge of mining technologies.
  • Experience with Epiroc M7C and E70S drills and MT65 trucks, CAT R2900 and 2900XE loaders and Sandvik development drills DD421 and DD422.
  • Automotive Air Conditioning License.
  • Valid manual driver's license.
  • High Risk license with Forklift, RB, DG.
  • Desirable: Previous SAP experience.
