Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in North Carolina. The successful candidate will diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues, install software and hardware, and perform emergency and scheduled repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair customer equipment effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
  • Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance promptly.
  • Follow established safety rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain truck inventory and supplies.
  • Keep the truck clean, hazard-free, and perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Submit neat paperwork detailing repairs and parts used.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and coworkers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a petroleum service technician.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Fuel Master.
  • Red Jacket.
  • FE Petro.
  • Franklin Fueling Systems equipment.
Work Environment
  • Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing are required.
  • Use of a ladder is necessary.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel is required.
  • Weekend and evening work as needed.
