  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to prepare criminal briefs and disclosure, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver training and provide support to investigation teams in the effective use of ASIC's evidence management systems.
  • This involves maintaining and administering ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.

Demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery and evidence management is essential for this role. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present complex information to different audiences are also vital.

Our organization plays a pivotal role in regulating corporations, markets, financial services and consumer credit, while promoting market integrity and consumer protection in the Australian financial system.
