**Medical Imaging Coordinator Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team as a Medical Imaging Coordinator in a fast-paced clinic. This role involves managing all phone enquiries, scheduling appointments for patients and referrers, issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates.

This position requires strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical imaging and exposure to Medicare services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage phone enquiries and schedule appointments for patients and referrers
  • Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates
  • Enter and update patient registration details
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
